Natural Language Processing: Sprockler's AI experiments
A'NLP4Sprockler' pilot was started to see if we can use various technologies from artificial intelligence to analyse the responses collected through Sprockler. We know that, especially when there are many responses, it can be difficult to analyse responses to open questions. The goal of the experiment is to see if AI can help:
- Finding commonalities and differences in stories of respondents
- Stricter analysis of most frequently used words/terms
- Identifying weak signals with potentially high impact
- Automatic generation of summaries
If the pilot is successful, it will become an additional feature for users. The analysis process still stays with the user, but can then be supported by 'NLP4Sprockler'.
